All services and products provided by I.D. Grafix are subject to the following terms and conditions whether the client has read them or not.

General Terms:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the business I.D. Grafix cannot issue refunds. Nothing on this web site is public domain: designs may not be modified or distributed by ANY means; either electronic or print.

Acceptance:
Payment for your project is your acceptance of our terms and conditions. I.D. Grafix's Terms of Service agreement becomes effective when the (client) provides (I.D. Grafix) with the initial retainer fee.

Charges:
All custom design services require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to commencement of work. Once labor has started there will be no refunds on the deposit. When final approval of design project is given, client must pay the remaining balance before the design will be delivered. When final approval of web design is given, client must pay the remaining balance before design will be delivered or published. If I.D. Grafix is providing web hosting services, client must pay for the first year of services when the website is published.

Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our business there are no refunds for any reason. Our products are not "returnable" and all sales are final. Please make sure your design request and concept is clear from the start!

Copyright & Design Credit:
• All copyright privileges are retained by I.D. Grafix unless other arrangements are made with client. This includes all graphics, html code, web design and overall layout of the project's design.
• I.D. Grafix copyright link & Graphic Artist credit link must remain at the bottom of client's website design and/or other published material, if applicable. Client agrees not to remove or alter these in any way.
• I.D. Grafix reserves the right to add a thumbnail image of your finished project to our portfolio along with a link to your website, if applicable.
• By purchasing any of our web services you are only purchasing the right to display the material with all credit links remaining intact.
• Graphic designs may not be resold, redistributed, shared, duplicated, or claimed as your own, in part or as a whole, unless you have purchased the design rights from I.D. Grafix and you have our written permission.
• Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we are unable to issue refunds after the product/service has been delivered.
• I.D. Grafix reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, based on our own judgment.
• Any design services you purchase must be used as sent, including web sites, templates, images, borders, backgrounds, graphics & web art. You may not alter or change them in any way without our written permission. You may not change or edit colors, resize, crop or manipulate any of our designs. Persons found to be using our designs, layouts images, or code snippets without proof of purchase shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Termination:
Termination of web hosting services by the client must be requested in a written notice and will be effective at the end of that yearly contract, unless otherwise arranged to be upon receipt of such notice. There are no refunds due to the nature of this business's products or services. Email or telephone requests for termination of services will not be honored unless client confirms request in writing.
